Chief Assist. Prof. Dilyan NACHEV, PhD, is currently vice-president of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian Association on Legal Philosophy and Social-Political Philosophy.
Since 2011 he has been teaching at Sofia University’s Law Faculty – mainly “General Theory of Law”, “General Theory of the State” and “Political Science”.
Since 2016 he has obtained a Doctoral Degree in Legal Theory with a doctoral dissertation on the abuse of right.
He is an author of legal articles, published in Bulgarian, English and French language.
Member of the Theory and History of State and Law Department at Sofia University’s Law Faculty.
Member of the Sofia Bar Association.
